They took trips to Brazil, Argentina, and Peru looking for the highest quality training. When night time came around, they would mix unique ingredients and recipes to test against their own children.
After receiving positive reviews for every flavor they made, Morelia Gourmet Paletas agreed to share their creations with the rest of the world. They started their journey in Miami- a city of incredible cultural diversity and new trends. They chose Morelia as their name for being the city capital of the state of Michoacan, where the very first paletas were created around the 17th century.
