Overview

Chef Anthony Elias has added a new start to his vast collection of successful projects in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Asado was born to bring authentic dishes from the South American country to Melbourne, Florida with traditional recipes and cuts paired with a selected list of wines and signature cocktails, to create a delightful experience.

The Elias family and IBIS Studio have worked together on previous projects scattered throughout South and Central Florida. Now, they approached us to develop the brand for a new restaurant that would bring Argentinian flair to a growing market.

We crafted a brand adopting the classic “porteño” typography and decoration, also called “fileteado”, frequently used in bodegas and tango bars. We worked on every detail, with a small but curated palette of rich tones, to come up with a strong identity that can be easily implemented on labels, napkins, menus, and exterior decorations like signage, as well as the whole online presence, including website and social media.
