Want an Inside Tract on Your Competitors SEO Keywords? It’s Easy to Do (and It’s Legal)

In our previous post, we looked at how you can use the Google Keyword Tool to get keyword suggestions, find out how many people searched for a given keyword, and see the relative “competition” surrounding a specific keyword. But there’s more to the tool than that.

Let’s say you don’t want to have any keywords in mind. You can simply enter in the URL of your company and Google will provide the most relative Competitors SEO Keywords. As providers of SEO in Miami, we know first-hand how important this exercise can be. And here’s why.

For starters, it gives a great snapshot of your current “keyword” landscape. By looking at it, you can say, “Oh wow, we didn’t mean for that keyword to be included,” or conversely, “We need to dial up these keywords.” You’ll also, yet again, the see “competition” and monthly searches and subsequently tweak your approach to capitalize on “low” competition keywords.

Perhaps most interestingly, you can also enter the URLs of your competitors, see how they stack up, and – yep, you guessed it – modify your SEO strategy accordingly.
