COVID-19 Survival Training for Family Businesses

COVID-19 may cause many businesses to enter a time of crisis. Liquidity may be short due to curfews and customers cancelling their orders. Family businesses are on an emotional level much more difficult to manage, as employees have often been with the company for a long time and the family feels a high degree of responsibility to its work force.
