Here’s how to write a blog post that ranks in just 8 easy steps

Content is king. A lot has changed in the SEO world since that phrase. However, creating high-quality, engaging content matters now more than ever as ranking factors focus on creating a better customer experience. 1. Find blog topics

What are you going to write about? Before you choose a topic, do some research to make sure the topic is something your audience is actively searching for. 2. User intent and keywords users are searching

  • What would make the content more trustworthy?

Next, work on a list of keywords, synonyms and closely related words that relate to your product/service and audience. Use your primary keyword in the title and main headings. Use secondary keywords throughout your blog post.

3. Structure and layout

The structure of your content is a huge ranking factor. A well-structured and well-written article will keep the reader engaged and interested. 6. Sharing your articles on social media

Include social sharing buttons on your blog to increase the likelihood of it being shared and also to make it easier for the reader to share your content.

7. Linking your article

Here we love all links! Linking to other sources of content validates your topic and keywords, makes your post more trustworthy, and provides the reader with useful resources. Internal links – links to another page on your website – can create a very positive user experience for the reader as you can direct them directly to the relevant resources.
